ALL orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some products are particularly sensitive to heat and, to ensure they remain fresh and in impeccable condition, will be carefully shipped in specially designed cold-insulated packaging.

Immediately after your order has been placed, a confirmation email with your order number will be sent to the email that you entered in at checkout. 

If you did not receive a confirmation email, there could've either been a typo made when the email was given at checkout, OR it could be in your spam folder. 

Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for processing. After you receive your confirmation email, your order will be shipped within that timeframe and you will receive an email with your TRACKING information!

Business days do not include SATURDAY, SUNDAY, or any U.S. HOLIDAYS.

Due to all orders being shipped via Priority Mail, they should only be in transit for 1-3 days (unless USPS is experiencing delays). We will  only be mailing packages from Monday- Wednesday to ensure that your package does not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend and gets to you as soon as possible, since our products contain 0 preservatives and are heat-sensible.
